Purchasing/Return Policy
If you wish to purchase products described on the usb.org web site, you will be asked to supply certain information, including but not limited to credit card or other payment information. You agree all information you provide to the USB-IF will be accurate, complete and current. You agree to pay all charges incurred by authorized users of your account and credit card or other payment mechanism at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. You will also be responsible for paying any applicable taxes, and shipping and handling charges relating to your purchases.
Non-Defective Products
We will not accept returns on non-defective products.
Defective Products
Defective products may be returned for either exchange or repair (at the discretion of the USB-IF) within 30 days from the shipment date.
No defective product will be accepted without a return authorization (RA) number. To request a RA number, please contact a USB-IF Customer Service Specialist; please see the contact information below. RA numbers are valid for ten business days after issue. Your RA number(s) must appear clearly on the shipping label of the return shipment. Affix a label to the box: PLEASE DO NOT MARK THE BOX ITSELF IN ANY WAY.
